Zoe was first introduced to coaching when Her husband who is a teacher explained how they were implementing coaching at school. Zoe said “I was completely taken back by the fact that children could coach adults and thus my curiosity into the coaching world began.” Zoe started her training to become a professional coach with the corporate coach academy, since then has gone on to complete CPC training and has achieved her ACC ICF certification. She is a certified NLP Practitioner and time line therapist and has also completed and gained a certification in leadership for NLP too.
The way the human mind works absolutely fascinates Zoe and one of her favourite moments over the last year of coaching, has to be when her daughter said ” mummy are you magic?
Zoe is very excited to be given this opportunity to work with the ACSM, to help support fellow coaches who choose to embark on this path. Zoe feels coaching is such a powerful tool to have and delivering this with quality is so important. She has spent the last three years working on the intricacies of communication and more specifically, with the online world. She is looking forward to working closely with the new executive committee and is truly passionate about there being more coaches in this world to make it a more fulfilling place to live.
