We are the lucky ones as Coaches, granted trust and recipients of privileged information. That comes with certain expectations from our Coachees too!
And more often than not, these expectations remain implicit.
We may sometimes end up in places where we need to adjust,
we may sometimes clarify our own boundaries as Coach,
we may sometimes take into account new needs that were not foreseen.
Handling these in a professional way is not as easy at it looks like, dealing with the uncertainty, being assertive, finding our own legitimacy in putting ourselves in the picture raise strong emotions…
