ACSM Supervisor Marianne Dupuis – old

MARIANNE DUPUIS

Marianne Dupuis, PCC graduated from the Institute of Applied Neurosciences in Paris (France) to become a certified Coach, Trainer and HR consultant in 2011. The first 3 years working as Coach, she struggled to find her own coaching style, to create an offer and to get clients. With 4 lovely children to care for, a major career transition from a decade in finance to coaching and a creative business to run aside added to her work and mental load. Yet, Marianne got support from Coaching Supervisors, who gave her feedback on her coaching skills and enable her to grow confidence in her coaching practice.

Coach Supervisor Practitioner with international Coaches from Europe, AP and US, she embraces a reflective practice and Thinking partnership, providing a safe creative Space. Sim-Choo facilitates a contemplative, curious and compassionate posture in learning and thinking partnership:

  • How can we step back and notice what may be happening?
  • How are interactions of stakeholders surfacing in the reflective space?

Using Self as instrument, noticing the physical, emotional, reflective reactions, and hers to the clients, the supervisees can learn from that, and notice how this may resonate with the client work that the supervisee (Coach) brings in.

As reiterated by CSA that “Who you are is How you work as a Coach or Supervisor”. She is encouraged to bring more of her musicality and rhythms into her work. The birds tweeting near the window and the occasional butterfly fleeting by. She allows her eclectic personality to emerge in her learning and expression of service – in deriving ideas, style from broad and diverse range of sources; keeping an open mind to enrich one’s life experiences.

Grateful for the platform of discovery, growth and development as a Reflective Practitioner. It’s the very essence of being human coming in connection with ourselves and with nature and creation:- Sense of Gratitude, Appreciation, Awe, Wonder, Joy, Love and Seeing Beauty I have learned calmness in having Thinking Ease inside myself, genuinely Appreciating and Encouraging people building the courage to go to the unexplored edge of their thinking by championing their excellence.

Being fully present, providing the reflective space, listens and senses without judgement and at all times, allowing the authentic narrative of the coach to emerge. Centered, expansive, listening with a compassionate and curious heart and attuned to the client as our heart energies connect in the field. Sensing and feeling and hearing the silence of the music.

Being comfortable not knowing, sensing and co-creating with the client. Being truly open to whatever may emerge. Deep reflective posture in providing a Thinking partnership with the client. Enjoy embracing the ease of offering freedom from rush as she seeks to Give Attention of generative quality, having deep interest in what the client thinks and says.
