Supervision with Katrina
Katrina’s role as a coach supervisor provides a safe reflective space for coaches, managers and leaders to take a deeper look into their practice.
Supervision gives the client the time and space to create insight and further develop the different systems at play in their work. She believes in the power of relational presence and energy management to create growth as a coach and leader.
She is thrilled for the opportunity to bring together her experience in coaching, psychology and healthcare, through Integrative Health Coaching.
She works with clients and within organisations to improve health and wellness for individuals and groups. Ultimately she envisions a shift in the dynamics of healthcare to being patient driven and patient centered, therefore creating more effective and sustainable results. As organisations embark on health programs for their employees, her unique blend of health knowledge as a doctor and coaching experience is increasingly in demand.
